Install via VS Code

The official Luca Code extension for VS Code gives you everything you need.

Install the Luca Code extension from the VS Code Marketplace (search "Luca Code", publisher luca-ecosystem), or package it from source:

    cd editors/vscode
    npx @vscode/vsce package

This creates luca-code-1.0.0.vsix. In VS Code: Extensions view → ... → Install from VSIX → pick the file.
